Personal Training
Maybe you've hired a personal trainer before... Maybe you've never worked with a trainer before... Perhaps you've never lifted weights in a gym... The point is, everyone has a different story and a different starting point. The benefit of hiring me is the multitude of training options available to you, depending on level, need, or preference!

Weight Training
Weight training can include free weights, machines, cable/pulley systems, etc. A majority of the weight training exercises will be completed with free weights or pulleys to allow the individual their own range of motion and avoid injury. Free weights available include dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, weighted training balls, and plates.
Resistance Training
Sometimes, the most effective exercises don't require any additional weight other than bodyweight or minimal resistance. Resistance training can include elastic band or circles, stability and bosu balls, slam and exercise balls, etc. You'll even have access to battle ropes!


TRX Suspension
TRX stands for Total Resistance Exercises. This is a secondary form of resistance training; however, all exercises would be completed using the suspension straps. This suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously
