Stretch & Recovery
Stretching is a crucial aspect of any fitness routine. Stretching prior to exercise warms up the muscles and prevents injury. Stretching after exercise promotes recovery and mobility. Failure to post-exercise stretching can lead to tight muscles, pain, and discomfort. Most clients utilized the Stretch & Recovery sessions for either full body recovery or to target specific areas.

Stretching
Most stretches are executed by the client with a focus on improving range of motion. There may be additional tools utilized to increase the stretch, like straps, yoga blocks, etc. This part of the session is guided by the trainer.
Assisted Stretching
A portion of the stretching may required assisted mobility movements. These stretches may be completed on the floor or from a table.


Recovery
These sessions may also include other forms of recovery. Tools available include a Theragun, foam rollers, muscle hooks, stick massager, etc.
